Pelatihan khusus ini dirancang untuk peserta yang memiliki sedikit atau bahkan tidak punya pengetahuan mengenai Manajemen Proyek, namun harus membantu tim Manajemen Proyek . atau peserta yang hanya ingin tahu lebih banyak tentang PM atau sedang transisi ke pekerjaan Manajemen Proyek.
